The voice of the customer speaks loud and clear
We’re happy to announce some very positive results of our annual customer survey. We were overwhelmed with great responses, leaving us flattered and excited about our customer opinions of us.
We believe a service provider should provide excellent service. As simple as it sounds, we talk to people every day that experience apathy, confusing support systems and confusing interfaces from their service providers. That’s why we take pride in treating our customers like gold, regardless of the scale or size of their business. Our constant striving for customer service is evident in the feedback that our customers willingly give. They also provide us with the best endorsement of all – a continued partnership. Even after 10 years, 99 percent of anyone who has ever been a Smoothstone customer is still a Smoothstone customer today.
The survey was administered in December by a third party agency. We’d like to take the opportunity to share some of the statistics and feedback here, as well as thank any customer of ours who took time to complete the survey.

- 100% of Smoothstone customers agree that the NOC has the expertise needed to solve their problems.
- 96% of Smoothstone customers agree that The NOC meets or exceeds their expectations.
- 99% of Smoothstone customers said they can speak positively about their experiences with the NOC.
